Get your dancin’ slippers on and crank up the tunes while you get stuck into this disco pack! Some bubbles, rose, whites and reds all in the mix!
NV Airlie Bank – Yarra Valley (VIC) – A blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir- sourced from within the Yarra Valley. Small portions were barrel fermented and given extended time on lees to build texture and complexity. Aromas of citrus fruits and subtle apricot, complemented by a doughy, bready complexity.
’18 Ciello Bianco – Sicily (ITA) – This Cataratto is organic, hazy and unfiltered with bags of fresh tropical fruit, lemon pith and southern olive oil texture. A great natural white for everyday drinking!
’19 Jumping Juice Riesling – Gippsland (VIC) – A deceptively serious Riesling from Patrick Sullivan and Xavier Goodridge – don’t let the label fool you! Long, sleek, incredibly pure with a softness to texture and a crisp, mineral-charged spine. A classic wine style made with minimal intervention.
’19 Nocturne Rose – Margaret River (SA) – Plenty of struck match and funk, white nectarine, pine-lime, a little spice and nougat. It’s medium-bodied, quite savoury and complex, juicy lemon/lime, fine chalky texture, and an almost earthy finish of good length.
’19 Babo Chianti DOCG – Tuscany (ITA) – This ‘Italian Beaujoulais’ is wonderfully bright and aromatic sangiovese with notes of raspberry and red cherry, good texture and lightweight tannins.
’19 Little Reddie NEW! Nebbiolo Refosco – Heathcote (VIC) – Juicy and approachable with notes of roses, violets, cherry, red plums, light dusty tannins & acidity to match
