2 x NV Airlie Bank Sparkling Brut – Yarra Valley (VIC) – A blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir- sourced from within the Yarra Valley. Small portions were barrel fermented and given extended time on lees to build texture and complexity. Aromas of citrus fruits and subtle apricot, complemented by a doughy, bready complexity.
’18 Spagnol Prosecco – Veneto (ITA) – 100% Glera (the grape that changed its name due to the DOCG Prosecco) Fresh and crisp wine with small subtle bubbles. Striking citrus with lean minerality.
’15 Ghost Rock Catherine – Northdown (TAS) – Hints of apple and brioche aromas, enhanced by a creamy complexity and yeasty richness. Lively fruit with an elegant crisp finish.
’19 PB Prosecco – King Valley (VIC) – Bright and crisp Prosecco. Fresh lime zest, with big, bold bubbles. Serious pyjama party juice!
’17 Le Facteur Extra Brut Vouvray – Loire Valley (FRA) – Le Facteur make playful and jovial wines, made to be relatable and drunk with pleasure. Delightful sparkling Chenin with a beautiful oxidative element a classic Chenin sparkling with acidic drive and a creamy mouthfeel.
