Hand-harvested. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Ageing: Steel 6 months, minimum 6 months in bottle before release. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. It’s grown in the Podere Della Filandra vineyards that sit at 550 to 600masl on medium textured clay and galestro soils, considered by many to be the premium choice for growing Sangiovese.
